Hi My name is Jim Hardin.

I am married and have 3 young boys Nicholas(7), Connor (5), and Andrew (2). They are great kids! They love to play outside, baseball, ride bikes, soccor. They have so much energy. They are really great! Kids really make you think. One of the things that really tugs at my heart is most every morning they ask “Dad are you staying home today?” I say “No I have to go to work.” Then my oldest says to me this morning “I’m going to miss you”. It just kinda breaks my heart. They are on summer vacation. Everyone remembers that. Having all day to play outside. No school. No worries. Just freedom. They make me think about what it used to be like to be a kid. I guess thats what happens. Well anyways, as you can see with 3 boys my wife is out numbered. She has always wanted a girl. Well she may get her wish. A little over a month ago she told me she was pregnant. We are both pretty excited, but man though I never thought I would have 4 kids. I have to say I think this will be it. I have no idea how I am ever going to put these kids through college. I better start saving now.

We also have an african grey parrot named Haley. He talkes, sneezes if you ask him if he has a cold, rings like the phone, makes sounds like the fire alarm, and yells out my kids names. MMMMMMMMM I wonder why. We have had him for probably 12 years now. They say they live about 70 years so we will have him for a while. He is a good bird. He likes to have his head rubbed and to be held.

We also have a English Springer Spaniel named Madeline. We just got her in January of 2009. We suprised the kids. They have wanted a puppy for a while now so we finally decided to get one for them. She is lot of fun and the kids have a lot of fun with her.

We also have a cat that we have had for probably 15 to 16 years. Her name is Kayla and she pretty much does what all cats do. Eat, sleep, Eat, sleep, and use the litter box.

So thats a little bit about me. Hopefully one day when my kids ask me if I am going to be home today I can say “Yes” cause I am working from home. Now that I think about it will I be able to work from home with 4 kids in the house. Well I’ll worry about that later.
